Pave the Way Hardscape Design builds paver patios, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and more across Charleston and the Lowcountry. We're looking for a full-time Project Manager to run our job sites day to day and make sure every project gets done right.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be the person subs, vendors, and clients go to when they have questions, and the person who catches problems before they become bigger problems.
What you'll do
- Run and manage subcontractors on active job sites
- Manage and order materials from vendors
- Track and manage materials on site so jobs don't get held up
- Communicate directly with clients throughout their project
- Make sure every project is done right and the site is left clean
- Handle sub hiring and firing as needed
- Handle problems on projects and solve them on the spot
- Handle client commucation from start to finish
- Meet Homeowners and Propose designs / prices
- Handle sales / closing projects over call
What we're looking for
- Someone comfortable managing multiple subs and crews at once
- Someone who can talk to clients clearly and keep them informed
- Someone who takes ownership of a job site from start to finish
- Someone who can spot problems early and figure out solutions, not just flag issues
- Experience managing hardscape, landscaping, or general construction projects is a plus
- Sales Experience
Career Details
- Full-time work, Monday through friday
- Salary postion - $45,000-$55,000
- Paid Commision on sold projects and profit sharing, no limit on commision
